Eric S. Glick is a lawyer with the firm of THAV GROSS PC. Mr. Glick concentrates his practice on estate planning; asset protection; probate court representation; corporate law and business matters such as consulting and formation, purchase and sales, shareholder disputes, succession planning, and collection; civil and commercial litigation; construction lien law; and real estate and landlord-tenant law.
Mr. Glick was one of the first lawyers to receive a Certificate of Completion in the areas of probate and estate planning issued by the Michigan Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan. Mr. Glick was named as a Five Star Wealth Manager in the categories of Estate Planning and Business Planning by HOUR Magazine and DBusiness Magazine in 2010 and again in 2011. Mr. Glick received his law degree, magna cum laude in 1997 from the Detroit College of Law (now the Michigan State University College of Law) where he served as a member of the Law Review. Mr. Glick was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1997 and to the United States District Court – Eastern District of Michigan, the United States Court of Appeals – Sixth Circuit, and the United States Tax Court in 1998.
Mr. Glick can currently be heard weekly on the “Financial Crisis Talk Center” which airs on Saturdays at 10:00 a.m. on WXYT 1270 AM and is a regular guest on “Your Money” which airs on Sundays at 11:00 a.m. on WXYT 1270 AM. Mr. Glick has also been a featured guest on “Common Knowledge” on TV13 Novi and “Michigan Divorce Matters” on Comcast Cable – Bloomfield. Mr. Glick holds monthly office hours at local area senior centers and regularly speaks to businesses, religious groups, organizations, and clubs on estate planning and related topics.
